These terms cover this website and your purchase of See the Card and its add-ons. Rackside is operated by Clare Digital LLC, 37 Danbury Rd, Ridgefield, CT 06896 ("we," "us"). By buying or using the site, you agree to these terms.
What you're buying
See the Card is a digital learning guide: PDF files you download and print. Add-ons (the Charleston Drill Deck and the Practice Pack) are also PDFs. Nothing is shipped.
Your license
When you buy, you get a personal license to:
- download the files and keep them on your own devices;
- print as many copies as you need for your own play and practice;
- bring your printouts to your own game nights.
Please don't resell the files, share them publicly, post them online, or send them to people who haven't bought them. If you teach mahjong and want to use See the Card with a class or group, email hello@seethecard.com and we'll work something out.
All content, including the method, text, layouts, and practice racks, belongs to Clare Digital LLC.
Not affiliated
See the Card is an independent learning guide. Not affiliated with or endorsed by the National Mah Jongg League. You'll need your own current card to play. We don't reproduce the card's hands. All example racks in our materials are our own.
No promise of results
See the Card is a learning aid. We can't promise you'll win games, or learn by any particular date. How much it helps depends on you, your practice, and your group. Our promise is the refund below.
Refunds
See our Refund Policy. In short: 30 days, your whole order, add-ons included.
Updates and access
We may correct or improve the files. Updated versions appear at your download link. We aim to keep your link working, but we can't guarantee the site will be available without interruption. If your link stops working, email hello@seethecard.com and we'll send the files another way.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in US dollars. If you accept the one-click Practice Pack offer after checkout, that charge goes to the same card you just used.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, the site and files are provided "as is," and our total liability for any claim relating to your purchase is limited to what you paid us.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Connecticut.
