Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Rackside collects when you visit this site or buy See the Card, why, and what you can do about it. Rackside is operated by Clare Digital LLC, 37 Danbury Rd, Ridgefield, CT 06896 ("we," "us").
What we collect
- Your email address and first name (first name is optional), when you check out or ask for a fresh download link.
- Order details: what you bought, the amount, and the date. Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Your answers on our thank-you page, if you choose to give them: the one-tap question, any short text you type, and whether you saved a free founding seat for the Rackside Club.
- Basic site data: pages visited, the ad or link that brought you here (UTM tags), browser and device type, and IP address.
- Advertising data: we use the Meta Pixel and Meta's Conversions API to learn which ads lead to purchases. When you buy, we send Meta a scrambled (hashed) version of your email and the purchase value, so Meta can match the sale to an ad. We don't send your name or card details.
- Cookies: a small first-party cookie to remember which ad brought you here, plus cookies set by Meta and Stripe.
Why we use it
- To deliver your files and send your download link.
- To answer your emails and process refunds.
- To understand which ads work, so we spend less showing ads to people who aren't interested.
- To count answers to the thank-you question and decide what to build next.
- To email you about the Rackside Club, only if you saved a seat.
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it with anyone except the service providers below.

- Meta (advertising measurement)
Each handles data under its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep order records as long as needed for tax and accounting, and so your download link keeps working. Club and survey answers are kept until you ask us to delete them or we close the Club idea.
Your choices
- Email: every non-order email has an unsubscribe link.
- Delete or see your data: email hello@seethecard.com and we'll tell you what we have or delete it. (We may need to keep basic order records for tax law.)
- Ads: you can manage ad tracking in your Facebook ad settings and your browser's cookie settings.
- California and other US state residents: you may have rights to know, delete, and correct your data, and to opt out of "sharing" for ads. Email hello@seethecard.com to use them. We don't discriminate against anyone who does.
Children
See the Card is for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top.
