30-day refund. If See the Card doesn't help the card make sense to you, email us at hello@seethecard.com within 30 days of your purchase and we'll refund your whole order, add-ons included. No forms, no hoops.
How it works
- What's covered: everything in your order. The guide and printables, the Charleston Drill Deck, and the Practice Pack.
- How to ask: email hello@seethecard.com from the address you bought with (or tell us that address). You don't need to give a reason, though we'd love to know what didn't work so we can fix it.
- When: within 30 days of your purchase date.
- Where the money goes: back to the card you paid with. We start the refund within 2 business days of your email. Your bank usually shows it within 5 to 10 business days.
- Your files: you don't need to delete or return anything. We'd just ask you not to share them.
